Harriet is a Licensed Conveyancer and
a founder member of WSM, she started her legal career at Gardner Weller in 1997. Harriet specialises and supervises in all aspects of residential and commercial matters which includes the acquisition of sites and the re-sales of the units, the sale and purchase of all residential property, purchases via auctions and commercial and residential re-financing. Harriet is always very diligent with excellent attention to detail, and is considered to be one of the experts in her field at WSM.

Mark qualified as a solicitor with a major London law firm in 1995. He subsequently gained valuable commercial and residential property experience at a major Surrey law firm and then as a partner at Nicholas & Co Solicitors in the West End of London. He has thus acquired extensive commercial property expertise across the full spectrum of the industry, from straightforward lease renewals and licences, through to large-scale complex refinancings and property investment and development transactions. He became a partner at WSM in October 2024 specialising exclusively in commercial property matters.

completed his training as a solicitor
with Gardner Weller he worked in
both the commercial and residential conveyancing teams, and is now

Jeremy is a commercial property specialist and a founding member of Gardner Weller since 1980. Before joining Caplan Lyons, the predecessor of Gardner Weller, he was an articled clerk, and subsequently a solicitor, at Slaughter and May. Jeremy was one of the founders of WSM and retired as Senior Partner of WSM and the head of commercial property in October 2024. He continues to specialise in all aspects of the sale and purchase of commercial property including new build developments, new leases and auction purchases as a consultant solicitor at WSM. He also deals with land and development finance for his developer clients and the acquisition and sale of commercial investment properties and residential and commercial development sites.

Chris joined the practice as a consultant solicitor in 2020, having retired from full-time practice after more than forty years as a principal to follow personal and business interests outside legal practice. Now he practices largely in the area of commercial conveyancing, although previously he undertook a variety of work, including High Court dispute resolution and working in commerce.
